My experience was over the top. From the phone call I made to reserve a storage unit to the actual move in. The help I received from the person attending the property was awesome. He made things go smooth with his assistance and customer service. I would be lying if I didn’t mention that I encountered a small issue using the gate code but that was rectified in no time. Overall my experience made me glad I chose them as my storage facility.

I didn't get storage, only to come in to get directions. I'm new to Texas and everyone has treated me with the best hospitality, and Keysha was one of them. I was able to get to my destination and go to this great taco spot she suggested. I just want to say thank you for the great customer service and giving the warm welcome
