My experience was awesome from before I got to the storage. I received a call from Kelsys Brooks about my reservation, got to the storage she attended me showed me the storage and got me all set up and ready in less than 30 mins.She was very outgoing and respectful.Great customer service thanks again Kelseys.

The ac in this place is better than my mom's house! It was a pleasure to move her stuff in and out, then in and out again! Staff always friendly! I always felt safe in the facility and the complementary dollies were so very helpful. I will definitely use them again IF I EVER HAVE TO Do this again!!!

We met with Kelsys today. She was very professional and personable. Genuinely friendly, overextended herself. Answered all our questions; provided us with coverage information on particular units; provided us a brief tour of the facility at the Lady Lake FL location. She an excellent representative for Exxtra Storage. It was very nice doing busy with her.
