Nick and Sam are very nice. Sam is very polite and patient, I wasn’t sure which storage to get and he showed me several different ones until I was satisfied with my choice. The storage is very clean . I appreciate Sam patience with me. And the rates online were very good. Very good experience with Extra Space Storage.

I called today because I got charged almost $30 more after renting a unit for 3 months. Sam - the on site employee spoke to me on the phone and stated my rate went up due to online promotional rate being expired. I was very unhappy to hear that as this wasn't written on my contract, at least not that I noticed. However, he resolved it by applying $25 credit towards my next Month payment and adjusted my rent increase to $45/Month vs $70/Month going forward, so I'm grateful for that. Thank you so much, Sam!
