This place is great. Affordable spots in a good location. Justin and the rest of the crew are super helpful, friendly, and professional, and keep the place clean and running smooth. It also doesn't feel like they’re trying to nickel and dime, or take advantage of me, which is a plus nowadays, unfortunately. The phone app is kinda wonky, but i don't really use it anyway. Very happy with this place. Would definitely rent space here again.

This facility was always clean and safe. I spoke to the staff twice in the time I rented a unit and they were always friendly and accommodating. I accidentally broke the key in my lock and had to leave my unit alone and unlocked for over a hour. When I came back nothing was missing. The next day management contacted me to make sure I was the one who replaced the lock. Best customer service I have ever received from a storage location. If I ever need to rent a unit again this place is at the top of my list. P.S. Lilly is amazing!

I just want to say that so far this has been the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Justin was super helpful with me in finding a storage unit that that my needs financially and size wise. He also help me to cancel a unit at another facility that I no longer needed so that I no longer had to call them. He was very helpful with me finding the best price plan and options for payments. I definitely recommend working with Justin! The location is super convenient and easy to access. I think the only downfall is that they do not have an elevator, but they worked with me on getting a main floor unit.
