Shad got me out of a bind! Had a res at another storage place and when I got there to rent it no one was there to help me. I needed to see the space first. So I called the main number here and made a res over the phone walked into the office and was able to see and rent the unit and the movers arrived as we finished up the paperwork. Just goes to show you customer service is the name of the game!!

I have had a unit here for years! The old manager Christina was amazing and had since been promoted. So this time around I worked with George and Paul who were a big help when my unit lock got stuck. They spent an hour getting it for me especially as I was on a time crunch due to having a flight to catch in the evening! Overall very happy with team here! Just wish access to the units & support were 24 hours.
