From start to finish I loved the folks at Xtra Self Storage. I don’t live in the area where they needed to get a unit to store some things, until I could pick them up in a few weeks. With the first month free, I had 30 days to pick them up or be charged the very low monthly fee. Cecelia had it all set up for the movers to deliver my things, she even had a lock ready for them to leave everything, lock it up and they left the key at the front desk. When I arrived weeks later she was there and even though she was about to go home for the night she stayed to make sure I would be able to get into my unit first. Because I was there before the month had passed I wasn’t even charged the normal fee. I just loved my experience so much I ended my relationship with my old storage place and moved my things into a unit at Xtra Self Storage the minute I got home. Thanks to her I’ll never use anyone else for all my storage needs.

Had various units at Extra Space Mesquite for several years now. BEST storage facility I’ve ever had. CLEAN well lighted secure air conditioned spaces work perfectly. Highly recommended if you are in Mesquite area. I would use them anytime while in or near Mesquite NV

My first experience with Extra Space Storage began as I entered the door. The customer service representative greeted me with a smile and “How may I help you!” Saying I needed a storage space, she assisted in size selection, determined one was available and provided pricing level. Within minutes, the paperwork was completed and I had the unit I needed at a very fair price. I could not ask for anything better - great service and a quality unit.
