The customer service at Extra Space Storage is amazing. Josh spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got the right space for my truck. He was extremely professional, polite, and efficient as we confirmed my space and filled out necessary paperwork. He made sure to inform me of discounts to help make the rental more affordable. Attentive staff that is always willing to help. Clean storage when moving in with very easy move now process. Only down side is on a busy day when a lot of people of using the elevators it can take a minute to get to your storage space.

My storage just raised their prices and I had mentioned this to Jennifer Ing at Ahua st. and she immediately made it her mission to find me a space with Extra space that fit my needs even though it was almost closing. She was knowledgeable,empathetic and helpful something very hard to find and which made the process painless. If you need a space @ Ahua ask for her!

Ed is a rockstar! Excellent and very professional. Note: The poor gentleman working at the desk was sweating in that EXTREMELY HOT OFFICE! ?? Please cool the office down....that AC is weak.
