Love renting a storage unit on 103rd. They have good promotions and helps with budget. Prices are very good compared to other storage units that I've used in the past. Mgr Donette is awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Her staff is great too! Will use them as long as they are in business. Today, March 30th, I had the experience of Debbie assisting me with transferring to another unit due to price increase that wouldn't be feasible for my budget. She is very professional and courteous. I appreciate her patience and willingness to help me during my visit. It's great to have staff that is willing to make your experience with Extra Space Storage a positive interaction. I have other choices but the caring spirit shown by Debbie and staff was the right choice. Big kudos to Debbie!!
