A week ago I received a notification from Michael at the storage facility reminding me my payment was due. There was a problem with my method of payment on file. Michael was a great help to me and my family. We had rented online thinking what we got was right. Upon arrival this morning we definitely had a way smaller shed than needed. We spoke with Michael and within minutes our complete frustration and worries for the morning are over and we are in the right size shed that fit our exact needs.
