I first opted for extra space storage because of the great price. I didn't expect the unit to be great nor the customer service but the unit and Kim's helpful service and wonderful attitude really put extra space over the top of any other storage I've used in the area. Thanks Kim. ??

I have been renting a storage for some2+ years now . The people that work there are really helpful. The one I usually talk to is Kim , she is very nice and really is understanding. She has worked with me even when I have been late on payment or when I needed to switch storage units , very patient and understanding. Thank u Kim, I appreciate u. I recommend this storage unit to anybody.

Came in today to get a unit because my sister had one here in the past, I can’t believe how clean it is and how comfortable and safe you feel being here! Kim and Shannon helped me today were absolutely amazing and helpful, they made the process so easy! And the exit gate system seems great. Should be very easy to go in and out when I need to pick up or drop stuff off! Overall great experience! Thank ladies!

Well they like to check on people but in a good positive way unlike my friends uncle who uses a different storage facility gets bothered for payment even though he pays on time for years he gets asked all the time... you pay? Haha I've already told him about this storage facility and he's wanting to come wants he gets his vacation. All in all I feel comfortable coming to my belongings and others look the same
