I have used EXTRA SPACE a few times over the years and always had a great experience. Recently I had to use their services again the Manager at 57 west 85 street has been exceptional, courteous, and extremely professional. I ran into a few oops and she was dead on it she made feel welcomed again. She also explained to me where everything was at. Her approach was just fantastic!!!!????
