It started from the top down, Jose was amazing on the phone as I was calling for a last second scramble for space. Nicole stepped in the next day to finalize my space and did everything online. The 3rd day I came to load up my space and realized I needed another 10 x 25 and Francisco and Jose made it happen...and even got me within 2 doors from my original unit/space. So it made my $400 an hour unload go quickly! Extra Space Storage has my great recommendation.
