It was amazing experience with this self storage facility. The store manager Don was very helpful. He toured us all available units we were interested in. He spent ample amount of time explaining us policies and clarifying all our questions ( we had lot of questions winces we were renting self storage first time :-)). Location of facility is right center of the heart of Malvern. Facility is nicely maintained. I will recommend this facility strongly.

I’d like to say thank you to Grant. He was very helpful today, I had gotten a lock from Extra Storage and while trying to access storage (while moving company was with me) the lock malfunctioned, key wouldn’t unlock it. Grant was professional and quickly assisted by cutting the lock off so I could unload moving truck and not be charged additional time by them. Grant also advised me he had credited/ refunded the charges for the defective lock. Thank you once again
