New renter and I did my research before selecting a storage facility. Extra Space Storage in Lincoln Park was by far the best rated. Debbie provided top notch service from showing me several units to discussing my particular needs. I'm in the process of having my items moved in. But if the remaining experience is like how it started ... I foresee this being an excellent choice.
