My experience with Christi at the McLeod location was excellent. I had an issue with my account and she went above and beyond to correct it. She was very kind and comforted me when I walked in distraught and grumpy. I walked out with a smile knowing that she was there to understand and help me. The lady that rented to us was so helpful and nice. I knew right away that she really cared about our situation. Gave us the best unit for what we had going on the price was great . She made everything work for us and if it changed she would accommodate us it was such a pleasure thank you .

I have not been impressed with the maintenance of the facility. Every time I remove an item from my storage area, it is covered in soot and gravel particles from the blacktop in front of my space. The roads need to be cleaned and the doors need better sealing. It's been a mess. Additionally, the price hikes are unreasonable and without explanation. However, the staff have always been extremely nice and helpful.
