Victoria is very friendly and helpful. We have had our unit for about 2 years and we received a notice of a rate increase. She was able to get that rate reduced for us.

The online check in was super easy. However, I moved my things from another storage facility where I had 24hr access and I did not know that this location does not offer 24hr access. The gate locks at 10pm so you have to be in and out before then. Also, the site showed me that I was renting a 20x10 unit but when I arrived it was actually two 10x10 units. Still ultimately the same size but it made it more difficult to move my things in. What was even more frustrating is that the door to the second unit would not stay open. I had to use a poll to hold it open. Very dangerous. Update: The sight manager repaired the door to the second unit and it now functions appropriately. The people who work there are very nice. If you can live without 24hr access it's not a bad place to store your items. The facility is clean and smells fresh.

Update: March 2024 - still here! And Ms. V. takes REALLY good care of US!!! Love the CUSTOMER SERVICE and you can't beat that at any price or specials going on! The area is safe especially with the gate, and you need your code to gain access. Which is OKAY with me! The office is opened 6 times per week, which makes sense. But you have access 7 times per week. I paid up for 6 months! Keep you posted. ??. They are having multiple specials due to Labor Day weekend and I needed a larger unit! Crystal answered all my questions and was very patient??. She showed me all 3 units (different sizes and floors)! I got my bigger unit for a cheaper price??!!!
