Shawn Handy was extremely detailed and thorough! He broke down every aspect of the storage space and explained how policy works. Nothing but the upmost respect to Mr. handy because of his kind personality and high character. I feel safer knowing Mr. Handy is working hard to keep my belongings safe.

I have been an Extra Space renter for several years. This is an exceptional climate controlled facility and second to none in every aspect. Access is ONLY when your unique security code is entered. At that point, the doors open automatically. No stairs. Cargo sized security access elevators gently take you to your floor. The floors are polished and immaculate. Each unit is easily accessible. Extra Space also provides large platform cargo carts, so schlepping gear from your vehicle to your unit smooth. They easily fit in the elevator with room for two carts! Prices are competitive and honestly, for the security, quality, cleanliness and climate control aspects, you’re not going to find a better value. Shawn, in particular has done a great job! His customer service and attention to detail in keeping Extra Space running smooth is remarkable! Follow up, Debi did a great job of getting my senior discount and working to make sure I am a satisfied customer ????
