I haven’t rented a unit yet… but I wanted to leave a review about one of the employees there, Bob. He is very patient and took his time. He let me walk through each unit and didn’t rush me. He even took the time to measure them to help me have better peace of mind in finalizing my decision. I really appreciate this because I can be indecisive when it comes to make decisions that cost me money. He’s very nice, gentle and over explained everything, which I appreciated. We walked around for about 45 min looking at different units. He listened to my needs and picked units that would accommodate my concerns. I’ll be making a decision in a couple days. Thank you Bob for you genuine and gentle help and patience!!!! You’re a phenomenal human!!!!!

The ExtraSpace facility that I secured a vehicle parking space was excellent, very helpful. I thought I had secured a large 10x25 gargae space a different ExtraSpace location by using the online "secure" option out to a specific date. They rented the space out to someone else the very same day. I learned that online reservations only secure a monthly Cost for a unit. They work on a First come First serve basis, meaning whoever signs the lease agreement 1st gets the space. ExtraSpace should replace the term/name from Reservation to simply Price Lock. It's misleading that a reservation doesn't actually hold a unit.
