This place is fantastic. I didn't have experience with storage places when. We got a unit and moved stuff in to free up space for doing some work on our basement. The price was good, the facility was ridiculously clean, and the staff was super friendly. But long-term experience is what prices this facility's strengths. We ended up using the unit for years. Why? * The price is good. * The site is conveniently located with great hours for easy access. No having to time your turns out if an awkwardly placed location. * It is stupid clean. When we moved in, I assumed it was so nice because it had just opened. But years later, it's still clean and shiny. This was a real differentiator with other facilities where things get beat up and just stay that way. Everything always seems new, clean, and not warn. * The staff is so nice and friendly. When I wanted to close out the unit, the terms were even better than in the initial contract. As I moved up our move-out date and actually closed out, I talked to Mark (the manager), Allan, and Rick. They were always friendly, always helpful, always proactive to ensure I knew I had favorable options I wouldn't have otherwise known. Rick should be a company spokesman; he very casually worked in positive facts about the parent company in a way that didn't feel weird but left me with a very positive impression. I also realized a lot of renters there are so used to positive interactions with staff that they pause to wave or say hi as they come and go, especially to Rick. I'm knocked out. You don't expect to be impressed by a storage facility. It either is fine or isn't, right? Well, turns out it can be great. I appreciate the help and reassurance staff gave me when I couldn't believe I could move out sooner than I thought without financial repercussions. It was a very different experience than I saw when family members used storage from other companies in other towns.
