Yoander was very kind over the phone. I got my unit over the phone with kindness, professionalism and promptness. I’ve had some bad experience before with storage businesses. Either their prices go up every month, or the employees are rude and nasty. But I have a good feeling about this one. Thank you guys for making my relocation smooth and easy!
