Sign up and renting was super fast and easy. PJ (front desk) was friendly, polite, amd thorough. And Huzzah for electronic forms & signatures! Update over a year later - still great facility, but had to move to a location closer to home. Totally spaced on completing the move-out notice, but called & talked to Krista, who helped confirm that I was good to go & to wait for the system to update. I will miss the desert landscape view with the wide open sky & the shaded parking when I needed to swing by.

Ok, I have to give an extra star to Carrissa at Extra Space! She was kind, helpful and professional at move-in. Now, 3 months later, I had an issue with my contract, and she kindly, graciously and quickly fixed the issue, and I am overjoyed! Thanks so much Carrissa - you rock! It was overall a very smooth and easy online booking experience. I didn’t have to worry about being upsold by an in-person appointment. The location is clean and bright, and convenient to access. I appreciate the pin pads for going in, the elevator, and leaving. I would recommend this place to my friends and family going forward.

My wife and I are relocating our storage to extra space storage. Our biggest issue with relocating is our current storage facility is charging outrageous prices! the 2 customer service representatives we have spoken to today were knowledgeable, confirmed everything on the contracted lease and reassured us that if our lease agreement was grossly overpriced she would do her best to make it reasonable. We are reserved and locked in within 12 hours; and we are not on site. This was handled over the phone, email, and docusign. That is amazing! Thank you.
