While in the office handling a separate matter, Jerry the manager was very helpful in pointing a tenant in the right direction. He really went above and beyond, showing true customer service. This storage facility is always clean and they have climate control which is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Good experience. Have had to use this facility long term unexpectedly and have had very minimal issues so far. Also, the Mgr Jerry is very accommodating and has been very helpful whenever an issue or concern does arise. Prices are very reasonable for the area as well. Only a few suggestions… stay on top of pest control, as location is near a heavily wooded space and if possible consider supplying wipes for the carts as they can be a little dirty at times…this will be very helpful.

The assistant store manager Angel is well mannered soft spoken and knowledgeable. She’s doing a great job @ Doie cope rd storage. I also want to say that the manager Jerry of that location is also knowledgeable and they’re doing great service together a great team. I’ve been storing my things for about two years, place is very clean. I recommend using extra space storage.
