I love Extra Space Storage for my storage needs. On March 12,24 I was greeted by Stacey with a warm welcome! She was super kind and curteous and helped to give me a tour of the facility during my lunch break from work, how to access my unit, how to lock and unlock the special lock for my 10 x15 and how to key in to the facility. I also love the flexible hours. For a little extra money I have 24/7 access which really helps me because I work during the day and couldn't afford movers. I would have to make multiple trips well late into the night and I felt very safe in their facility. It is very neat, clean, and smells fine every time I come. My belongings are safe and secure and for that I am grateful. Also, on March 30,24 I was greeted by Lynne and she was very warm and welcoming and curteous to me. I told her about my situation and she was super quick to provide me a resolution to my situation and I was so grateful with how patient, kind, caring, and understanding she was towards me. I felt so warm and fuzzy!!! Thank you so much Stacey and Lynne for your excellent customer service! We need more people in this world as kind, caring, and considerate as the both of you! Rented a 10 X 10 spcce very clean and well lite with plenty of lighing and the staff was very professional. If every I need to rent a Storage Space again I would definitely rent from Extra Space.
