My storage is actually in Sandy Springs, but I frequent this location in Roswell for payments because of proximity. I’m always assisted by Bionca. She always greets me with a cheerful attitude. this facility is very convenient for my purposes, and the staff is excellent. I started the process online, then went to the space and spoke to Gabb to coordinate my rental. She was very helpful and made the process easy and fast - exactly what I needed. The facility is very clean, very bright and perfect for my needs.

Bianca provided excellent customer service while helping me set up my account over the phone. She was very pleasant and extremely patient. When I came into the office Lamar piggybacked Bianca. He too was cheerful and attentive to details. The unit is clean, with good lighting and I feel safe entering and exiting.
