Just got a new unit today, Dave was great and made the whole process a breeze. The facility looks great, seems well worth the money. Definitely recommend. (UPDATE BELOW) ----------------------------- UPDATE: changing rating to 2 stars now, not even 3 months after getting this storage i was informed the price was nearly doubling. Note, I specifically asked if their "web price" would stay, and I was told yes. Now starting next month I'll have to pay almost double. This is scummy behavior and if it's not resolved I'll be moving my stuff elsewhere. ------------------------------ UPDATE #2: updating to 4 stars. after speaking with Robert at the location, he was able to get his dm to approve the change back to my original cost. He states that 4 months is a normal time period to get an increase but mine was ridiculously high. The quick increase still leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but at least they made it right in the end without too much fuss. ------------------------------ UPDATE #3: BACK TO 2 STARS. Guess who got ANOTHER rate increase nearly DOUBLING my rate again? It only took another 5 months. This is not a market adjustment rate, and if it was it shouldn't have cost what it did when I got it. This is highway robbery. ------------------------------ UPDATE #4: I managed to get them to revert my rate to what it was when I started 8 months ago. I'll change this back to 4 stars but I'm keeping an eye on my mail and payments.
