Decent price, but it will increase after the first 3 months. Customer service was great. I had no issues with pests or bugs (besides a few cobwebs).

Great property management team. Very communicative when it comes to payments and your unit. I would recommend a blind spot mirror on the corners as cars sometimes tend to speed around them.
