I am a truck driver I had a delivery to one of the units in freehold New Jersey Olga Pena went above and beyond to help me make this delivery including Moving boxes so I could fit the two skids that I had to deliver inside the unit again I want to thank all the paying you for all her work and cooperation in my delivery today

My wife and I are moving into a new home where we can only have 2 cars, being that I have 3 I was forced to find a place to safely and securely store my 3rd vehicle, contacted Extra Space Storage and Olga was absolutely fantastic! Olga was very helpful this morning. I called her with a few questions and an issue. She nicely informed me she would look into it and would call me back. Before my day was even halfway thru she called me back and left a voicemail with all my questions answered and problem resolved. I did not need to call back at all. Extra Space Storage on Schlechteg Way in Freehold NJ is the best! Joe and Olga are the managers there and they do an amazing job taking excellent care of the customers. I've been with this storage facility location now for 12 years through several owner/name changes and rate updates and I have always been very well taken care by the management teams. I highly recommend using Extra Space for your storage needs, they are very accommodating and helpful. Joe & Olga are extremely friendly, professional, courteous and provide top-notch customer service, they really truly care about their clients.
