Bart is the definition of great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable, took the time to make sure we knew all the ins and outs of the storage facility, as well as keeping full transparency regarding our rental agreement. Not often do good reviews translate to the actual service experience as good as Bart has managed to do. Hope he gets the credit he deserves!????

I needed a unit that I could get in with a large truck and be temperature controlled. Management was very helpful and accommodating. The units are wonderful. They are spaced out and secure. They have a multiple options to lock your unit by and offer the more secure locks at their office. The last six months have been great with this location. Bart in the office is incredibly diligent and he keeps the lot clean! I see him often out picking up anything on the grounds and making sure the walk way is clean. There are bathrooms on the premises and he makes sure they are maintained. If you have any concerns or issues he takes care of you. Bart is very easy to work with on your needs and he definitely showed me that he takes his job and the security of the location seriously. I would highly recommend the location because I felt it was decently priced, the location is easy to access with small or larger vehicles or trucks. They have two access doors with carts to borrow at both entrances to the building with a bunch of space for unload and load need. Management always waves when they see you and acknowledged me by name. In all it's been such a great moving process to store my belonging here. Since I'm at the end of my renting we received well wishes and just a very warm hearted farewell and good luck. Bart definitely made my whole experience incredibly easy.

Wasn’t sure what the closing time was for the main office to come to find out that it closed after 6PM. At this location they have an outside Kiosk that allows you to rent a storage unit at your convenience. This setup took around 5 minutes with the additional information I provided and was pretty straight forward. The following day, Andrew one of the Branch Managers called to ask if the setup process was seamless and if I had any follow up questions. This was a reassuring call to make sure all my questions were answered and will definitely use ExtraSpace Storage again in the future.

Reserved a unit online a few days before I was contacted to confirm my move in day and was asked if I had qiestionstben on the move in date everything went great. Good communication facility is clean and perfect location. Bartis a pleasure to deal with. Thank you forall you do!

Staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Facility is clean w/a clean bathroom on site all enclosed A/C w/ functional carts to help you haul your belongings. Prices are great and the team works with you !! A+

Bart was very helpful, and went above and beyond, showing us all the options available. The facility was air-conditioned, clean, and well lit. The bathroom was as conveniently located, well stocked and clean. Dolly carts were available to help move items. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

By far the easiest leasing process with the nicest sales rep I have ever experienced. The facility is extremely clean and easy to access. The price is more than reasonable and half the price of smaller much older units that I have rented.
