The rental process for my storage unit was very easy and simple. The manager Justin took his time to explain the terms, pricing and access hours to the unit. He also guided me to my unit and showed me how to use the lock properly. I am glad I chose to rent a unit at this location. Thank you for the great customer service!

I arrived in Everett from Arizona at 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday. I booked the storage space online. Wednesday morning I went to the storage facility to put my belongings in storage . I went into the office to make sure all the details were right with my rental. I was greeted by the assistant manager Jill. She checked my rental on the computer... She explained all the details to me and then she proceeded to show me the unit I had rented. After a long and arduous drive from Arizona it was a pleasure to have someone like Jill take care of everything. As I started moving my belongings into the storage I realized I hadn't rented one that was large enough to hold my stuff. A trip back downstairs to see Jill and in less than 10 minutes she had me in to a storage unit that was sufficient to hold my belongings. She made the upgrade seem effortless. She seemed to take pride in doing her job efficiently. Jill was kind courteous and friendly. I went back the next day to attain some of my belongings and I spoke with Justin the manager I told him that in my opinion every company the deals with the general public on a daily basis should have a customer service rep like Jillian. I will definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in the future. Great job Jillian Boutique..
