Good customer service. Take the time to explain everything right way to me. When I'll take extra when I'm extra way to make sure I was satisfied. William and sleep very good. That's associate and storage place. But it's all a 100% good rating.

I have had a storage unit with ExtraSpace in Fox Lake for almost a year and a half. Every time we visit storage, the inside is immaculate and the climate control actually works. Management is wonderful, Tim the general manager is very customer service oriented, always extremely helpful- so refreshing! Update: I have had my storage unit for almost four years now at ExtraSpace in Fox Lake and they continue to provide an immaculate storage facility! Wonderful staff as well. Highly recommend!

This is an ultra modern super clean and high secure facility. Tim Lukachik is the manager and is very knowledgeable about the facility. It is like a resort for your storage items! Pricing is reasonable and all units are climate controlled.

Staff is always polite and helpful. My father had a storage there. He unfortunately passed and we went to empty it out. I went to the front desk to let them know we were leaving. He had autopay and they had just charged his account that day. The gentleman gave me the day for free and refunded the full month. Help when already having a rough time. Highly recommend.
