We just moved to this location from another storage unit leased from another rental company. The moving was a great experience! The Manager gave me a call to introduce himself in advance of our arrival and offer his assistance for any questions. When we arrived (truck loaded of items), the Manager gave us clear directions where to park and some helpful suggestions to facilitate the off-load the truck, reserve one elevator for us, and gave us walkthrough to the units, and restrooms. Each unit was very clean and had brand new locks. We spent around 10 hours off-loading and organizing our stuff. The Manager stopped a few time to check on us and for any questions. Overall, the Manager service, the quality of the units and the actual facility (new and very clean) are first-rate. Highly recommended!

We're satisfied with Extra Space Storage in Los Gatos. We have our storage in here for many years. The Store Manager is very helpful, professional, and respectful. These are seriously the nicest storage units I’ve ever seen, the place was spotless and smelled great! I’ve seen all kids of storage units before from Arizona to Boston and these are easily the best. The guy who runs it is really accommodating too !
