I reserved the storage space the day before. It was quick and easy. They texted me my access code right away. No issues getting into the lot, and there were plenty of carts to help bring in all of my things. My lock was waiting inside the locker as promised. The video suggesting what fits in what size storage was also very useful. All my things fit with some space to spare. Overall very satisfied with this storage so far.

For the last couple of months I've been here this place has been great, kay was very helpful esp considering I messed up my combo on my lock so I left with out looking it and they locked it I guess sometime during the week and recently just sized up in the unit and she made it super easy process, and when I first open with extra space storage the gentlemen explained the process and how payments worked word for word. ( I went from a 5x5 to 5x10 )
