Jeff is super helpful and nice!!! The move in process was very easy and I can come and go as I please during open hours. Everyone has their own code to get on the property. I always felt I was safe. I fit so much in my unit when I didn’t think it would even be enough room. Jeff let me know if I needed a smaller unit he’d work that out. Definitely be using again when I make my next move

We’ve rented a small unit from Extea Space Storage for several years. In the first unit, we discovered a leak, however the customer service rep immediately moved us to another space of same size. We have zero plans to leave this facility. They really take care of us.

We rented this storage space to store college dorm furniture. It was a Very clean facility. We didn’t have any interaction with the office except for initial rental. They were very nice, helpful in deciding what size storage unit we would need. We will be back again next May to rent again.
