I signed a year term in a 5x5 last year so I could stack the things that wouldn't fit in my new apartment. Tomas was very helpful and kind, with a happy energy which made me feel safe. Here we are a year later and I decided to move into a 10x7 so I could organize old and new things and get to them easier. Once again Tomas helped me find the perfect unit and I decided to pay a year term to lock in the "special on-line rate" which he honored. I love that it is near a speaker, which they play music 24/7. I highly recommend this location and Tomas is awesome!

I’ve been a customer since 2020 and have always been very pleased with the location and convenience. Tomás (the manager) has always been very attentive whenever I needed help. Today I needed help moving from one unit to another and Yolanda was very helpful and motivated, working with me to get me the best arrangement. I will be staying with them for a long time.

We have rented a space here for almost 2 years. Sometime in the past year or so we misplaced the key to our unit. We did not call ahead but just dropped in. Tomas, the manager dropped everything to help us out. He would not even let us clean up from where he drilled out the lock for us. Great customer service.

This was my first Storage rental ever and I was very pleased. Tomas was absolutely great!! I original booked a 10x7 but when I came to look at it, it was too small and Tomas was helped with transferring to a bigger unit and waived the transferring fee. He made sure I was happy with the new storage unit before I left. The facility is nice and clean. I recommend Extra Storage.

Good place for storage. My only complaint is the unannounced rate increase every 1-2 months. You really need to honor the rate people sign for when they move their stuff in.
