I had some issues getting into the unit initially. My license and billing addresses are different so I was kept out until I could see a staff member on Monday. Upon arrival Rob was there to assist. He was so calm and efficient it really helped the rest of my move go smoothly. Once in my unit, I had quite the time getting everything in. Rob went over and beyond his duty and helped me get the unit closed. Customer service like his is rare these days. I hope you guys show Rob a lot of appreciation for his service to your company. Thanks again Rob!

This is a great facility. And the customer service I received was above and beyond. Mike was super helpful in helping me my needs. And that was greatly appreciated. On a side note, I do like the cameras around and particularly lucky enough to have one directly in front of my space. I like the cameras and that they have someone on site at all times. Makes for great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Changing my review. Really nice place, and great employees. Wish I didn't have to move out so soon. When I moved in I was told the promotional rate would be for about 6 months. But that was not the case, after 3 months they raised my rate by $80. Very disappointed!!
