Service and security have been consistently outstanding throughout the 12 years I’ve rented a space at the Deerwood Road Extra Space Storage facility. More importantly the staff have always been efficient, professional, courteous, friendly, and ready to help in any way they can. I’m giving up my space because I no longer need it, but if the need for Extra Space were to arise again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this facility.

Marcos was amazing. I have been with extra space for the last 5 years but I had found a cheaper unit with public storage and was ready to walk. I came to give notice; Marcos worked so hard to find me a unit close to the competitors m. He is very attentive and I appreciate his efforts to help me stay with extra space while saving money .
